With over 70% of buyers and sellers turning to the Internet to find a real estate professional, today’s agents must have a clear understanding of the tech tools available to help them be more efficient, more productive and reach more clients.

THIS  COURSE WILL FOCUS ON:

The technology that can assist today’s REALTOR® with meeting the expectations of the current consumer when completing a transaction. The class helps students understand how technology can enhance and streamline the transaction.

This class satisfies GRI credit in the Skill Building series (Row 5).

The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires that each licensee complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.  The requirement is 3 hours of education in each mandatory category; Agency Law, Contract Law, Commissioner’s Standards, Disclosure, Fair Housing and Real Estate Legal Issues, and an allowance of 6 hours in elective credit which can be added from any mandatory category or General Real Estate.

 SAAR designation and certification courses that offer continuing education credit frequently include more than 3 hours in each mandatory category. Please be advised that when classes are uploaded  to ADRE the screen is divided into two parts – “Requirements” and “Education”.  Once credit “Requirements” are completed, additional education is listed below and all education classes are displayed. Joeann Fossland

Since 1983, Joeann has worked in the real estate industry: first as a practitioner and subsequently as a nationally recognized speaker, instructor & coach. She has helped hundreds of REALTORS® create successful businesses. As Chief Evolution Officer of Advantage Solutions Group, since 1993, Joeann has delivered seminars, workshops and one on one coaching to individuals and companies enabling them to increase their bottom lines while achieving life balance. Her clients are highly motivated people, interested in leveraging their strengths and productivity while living a life they love.

Educated at Johns Hopkins University, Joeann owned 3 successful businesses before the age of 30. She has been a Realtor® in Arizona since 1983. She has served as a director on the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and Arizona Association of REALTORS®. She is a Senior GRI Instructor.

Joeann is an active social networker. She was recognized as one of Real Estate’s Top 10 Woman Bloggers by Sellius in 2006. In 2008, Joeann was recognized by a Stephan Swanapoel poll as one of the Top 25 Women In Real Estate.

Joeann publishes a monthly email newsletter and is a regular contributor to many magazines and e-zines. She also hosts free, telephone brainstorming sessions on a monthly basis, using the synergy of masterminding.

One of only several hundred coaches worldwide to hold the coveted Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation, through International Coaches Federation, Joeann lives a life she loves and enjoys helping others do the same.

Please notify us 7 days in advance if you have any disability that requires special services or access.  Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded less a $25 service charge up to 48 hours prior to class. After that, no refunds will be given. “No-shows” forfeit all fees. $50 charge for returned checks.   Marketing Partners will be provided with a roster of attendees including email addresses.
