This class offers an overview of the similarities and interdependence of the Commissioner’s Rules, the Arizona Revised Statutes and the NAR Code of Ethics.

This class also satisfies the NAR Biennial Ethics Class requirement.

The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires that each licensee complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.  The requirement is 3 hours of education in each mandatory category; Agency Law, Contract Law, Commissioner’s Standards, Disclosure, Fair Housing and Real Estate Legal Issues, and an allowance of 6 hours in elective credit which can be added from any mandatory category or General Real Estate.

SAAR designation and certification courses that offer continuing education credit frequently include more than 3 hours in each mandatory category. Please be advised that when classes are uploaded  to ADRE the screen is divided into two parts – “Requirements” and “Education”.  Once credit “Requirements” are completed, additional education is listed below and all education classes are displayed.
