Get your broker license with Raise The Bar Real Estate School!

Raise the Bar Real Estate School is wholly owned and operated by the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®. We’ve been providing Scottsdale area REALTORS® with the education and tools they need for more than 50 years. We know what you need to be successful, and with our broker licensing course, we have a program to help you take that next step in your career. You’ll take interesting classes with talented instructors and friendly career counselors in a positive atmosphere.

The state exam for broker licensing requires that you successfully master all of the real estate principles you initially learned in the sales pre-licensing course when you first obtained your license. And since one of your primary goals is to pass the state exam, our course is organized to help you accomplish three things:

  • Reacquaint you with the original real estate principles previously learned
  • Cover these principles quickly and allow you time to master this knowledge
  • Spend time on fundamental broker issues, case studies, discussions and risk management
