Market Data Report – April 2018

and townhome properties sold each month is up 9.9 percent from 2017 to 2018.

Closed Sales Volume
The year-over-year change for the sum of the sales price of single-family, condominium
and townhome properties sold each month is up 19.5 percent from 2017 to 2018.

Average Sales Price
The year-over-year change for the average sales price of the single-family,
condominium and townhome properties sold each month is up 8.8 percent from 2017 to 2018.
