Market Data Report – December 2017

New market data for Maricopa County, as well as the residential real estate market in Scottsdale and the surrounding areas, is generated and shared every month by the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® on the SAAR website. Closed Sales
The year-over-year change for the total number of single-family, condominium
and townhome properties sold each month is up 6.4 percent from 2016 to 2017.

Closed Sales Volume
The year-over-year change for the sum of the sales price of single-family, condominium
and townhome properties sold each month is up 16.3 percent from 2016 to 2017.

Average Sales Price
The year-over-year change for the average sales price of the single-family,
condominium and townhome properties sold each month is up 9.3 percent from 2016 to 2017.
