No doubt that a high level of knowledge and competence is required for success at the top of the residential real estate market. Raise The Bar school at the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® has recently received official approval to advance six general continuing education credits for Arizona licensees and 12 credits toward the NAR CRS Designation for a class which is broadly recognized as the best luxury training available.
The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist class is an information-filled training course designed to help successful sales professionals who currently work in the upper-tier of the industry to move to the next level. Real estate professionals who are beginning to target the luxury market will gain valuable training, not to mention getting ideas to help expand and accelerate their business. From tested scripts and magic questions to a cutting-edge barrage of marketing ideas, this course covers “what you need to know to take your luxury home business to the next level,” says Laura Kovacs, director of education at SAAR. Upon completion of the course, the attendees will receive one-year free membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. They will also be granted access to apply for the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation.
Instructor Bill Hensley, who is among the highest performing achievers in world-wide luxury markets—a Million Dollar Guild® member—brings diverse leadership and training experience to his instruction and will impart his unique knowledge and perspective as he facilitates the course at SAAR’s Raise The Bar School. With an impressive background as an officer in the United States Air Force as a supersonic-jet pilot instructor, he is a proven leader who often draws insight from this life experience where success or failure is measured in inches while traveling at 500 miles per hour.
Hensley became a licensed broker in California in 1994 and founded a successful luxury real estate brokerage in San Diego. He led operations for more than a decade before combining forces with a national company. He also holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® (CLHMS) designation.
The cost for the course is $595 and instruction runs May 4 – 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day and exams must be taken and passed at the end of each day in order receive Designation and CE credits. Interested real estate professionals can register now via the SAAR website.
